1. Services
We provide drone tuning consultation services, including data analysis, and performance recommendations. 

2. Client Responsibility
The client is solely responsible for the safe operation, testing, and modification of their drone. All changes are implemented at the client’s own risk.

3. No Guarantee of Results
While best efforts are made to improve performance, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, flight characteristics, or hardware longevity.

4. Safety and Compliance
The client agrees to operate their drone in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety guidelines. We are not liable for any misuse or illegal operation.

5. Liability Limitation
We are not responsible for any damage, loss, injury, or consequential damages arising from the use of our advice, including but not limited to crashes, hardware failure, or data loss.

6. Data and Confidentiality
Any flight logs, configuration files, or shared materials will be used solely for consultation purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

7. Payment Terms
All services must be paid in full unless otherwise agreed. Fees are non-refundable once consultation work has commenced.

8. Communication
Consultation scope and deliverables will be defined prior to service. Ongoing support beyond the agreed scope may require additional fees.

9. Intellectual Property
All materials, guides, and recommendations provided remain our intellectual property and may not be redistributed or resold without permission.

10. Amendments
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.

11. Acceptance
By engaging our services, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
